Stefan Andonovski opens new service center in Kočani

Stefan Andonovski, the Minister of Digital Transformation, has promoted the opening of a new administrative services center in Kočani. This facility marks the 18th such center established in the country.

Located in the ground floor of the Multicultural Center, the facility allows citizens to access over 350 services in one location. These include criminal record certificates, citizenship certificates, birth, marriage, and death certificates, land registry extracts, and employment history records. The center is designed to assist individuals who may lack electronic devices or digital literacy, providing them with in-person support to access services that previously required visiting multiple institutions or using personal mobile devices and laptops.

In addition to administrative tasks, the center provides information regarding the national portal. Andonovski expressed gratitude to the Municipality of Kočani and Mayor Vladko Grozdanov for their cooperation in bringing these services closer to the citizens.
