Stefan Rohrer exhibition scheduled at Galerie Scheffel

The Galerie Scheffel in Bad Homburg will host an exhibition titled ‘Stefan Rohrer – Maison blanche’ from September 11 to October 17, 2026. The opening event is scheduled for September 10, 2026, at 7:00 PM, featuring the artist in attendance.

Stefan Rohrer is an award-winning sculptor known for creating dynamic, curved sculptures and wall objects using repurposed materials such as car bodies, motor scooters, and model vehicles. His work aims to capture the essence of movement, time, and space, often portraying the duality of speed through themes of temporal euphoria and loss of control.

The exhibition title, ‘Maison blanche’, refers to one of Rohrer’s recent wall works and alludes to a legendary accident depicted in Steve McQueen’s 1971 film ‘Le Mans’.
