Stefano De Martino undergoes visible physical transformation

Italian television presenter Stefano De Martino has undergone a visible physical transformation since his 2010 debut on the talent show ‘Amici di Maria De Filippi’. Moving from his early days as a dancer to his current role hosting ‘Affari Tuoi’, De Martino has changed his appearance through various means.

De Martino has acknowledged undergoing “some small touch-ups,” noting that his first procedure was on his nose for both aesthetic and functional reasons following a fracture. He has also addressed dental work, physical training, and the addition and subsequent removal of various tattoos.

Medical experts have observed other potential changes, including possible otoplasty, the removal of a mole on his left lip, and modifications to his lips and cheekbones.
