Stefano Fresi honors Emergency medics at Benevento Social Film Festival

During the third day of the Benevento Social Film Festival ArTelesia, actor Stefano Fresi participated in the Open Conference to discuss the theme of “Heroes.” Fresi highlighted that true heroism is found in the daily actions of humanitarian workers, specifically citing the doctors and operators of Emergency who work in conflict zones and emergency areas.

Fresi also addressed the social role of cinema, stating that while film cannot solve societal problems directly, it serves a vital function by making issues visible and encouraging critical thinking. He noted that the medium can provoke necessary questions, even if the responsibility for implementing solutions lies with other institutions.
