Stefano Maazouzi receives culinary recognition in Gorizia

Stefano Maazouzi has been recognized in the L’Arcimboldo Magazine and Gastronomic Guide. He was awarded two ‘pennelli’ (brushes) in the Traditional Artist category, a distinction that measures the creativity and professional depth of culinary experts.

Maazouzi, 38, operates the pizzeria Zero81 in Gorizia alongside his wife, Fatiha. The family-run business focuses on Neapolitan pizza and serves as a cultural meeting point in the border city of Gorizia.
