Stefano Petrocchi Presents 'Romanzo privato' in Bisceglie

Stefano Petrocchi, director of the Fondazione Bellonci and secretary of the Premio Strega committee, will present his new book "Romanzo privato" about the life of writer Maria Bellonci on Monday, 3 August, at the Vecchie Segherie Mastrototaro in Bisceglie, Italy. The event, moderated by Nadia Di Pierro, follows a summer literary program that featured authors such as Emanuel Carrère and Niccolò Ammaniti.

Separately, the cultural magazine "Libro Aperto" is releasing volume 126 of its national series. Edited by Antonio Patuelli and published by the non‑profit Fondazione Libro Aperto, the 240‑page volume opens with the column “Europa in cammino” and includes essays on topics ranging from the 80‑year history of the Italian Republic to the European capital market, Russian geopolitics, and the intersection of artificial intelligence and law. The collection also features contributions on historical figures such as Luigi Einaudi, San Francesco, and Matilde Serao.
