Steffen Henssler competes in Croatian cooking contest

Chefs Steffen Henssler and Johann Lafer traveled to the Croatian fishing village of Sukošan to participate in the 16th Brudetijada, a local cooking competition focused on Brudet, a traditional Dalmatian fish stew.

During the event, the duo competed against 20 other contestants to create their own versions of the regional specialty. Despite Henssler's expertise in fish dishes, the competition proved challenging as they attempted to meet local culinary expectations.
