During its second week, the program secured a 9.1 percent market share among viewers aged 14 to 59, and a 10.4 percent share in the 14 to 49 demographic, earning it a double primetime victory among private broadcasters.

Filmed at the lake stage in Elbauenpark, Magdeburg, the 2026 summer special features host Laura Wontorra and chef Steffen Henssler competing against various celebrities. Recent contestants included Hans-Jürgen Faul, Holger Parsch, Verona Pooth, and Markus Rühl. The season includes themed episodes such as a Mallorca special and a coach special. Upcoming episodes will feature Max Stiegl, Lucki Maurer, and Ralf Zacherl.
