Stefon Diggs faces hamstring injury ahead of Commanders Week 5 game

The Washington Commanders are facing significant injury concerns heading into their Week 5 matchup against the New York Giants. Wide receiver Stefon Diggs was added to the team's injury report on Wednesday, listed as a non-participant due to a hamstring issue.

This news is particularly concerning for the franchise as fellow wide receiver Terry McLaurin is also currently dealing with a hamstring injury, having missed the previous game against the Indianapolis Colts. The potential absence of both primary receiving targets poses a challenge for quarterback Jayden Daniels, who is set to return for this weekend's game.

In addition to the wide receivers, the Commanders' injury report included several other players, such as Bill and Sonny Styles, who were listed as limited with groin injuries.
