Stefon Diggs lawsuit escalates as accuser presents new evidence

Christopher Blake Griffith, a fashion stylist, alleges that NFL wide receiver Stefon Diggs sexually assaulted him at Diggs' Maryland home in May 2023 after allegedly drugging him. Griffith claims the assault was followed by a retaliatory attack coordinated by Diggs, his brother and other men.

Griffith says he has supplied more than 100 pages of iMessage, Instagram direct messages and phone‑record logs to the court, including a message he says shows Diggs writing, “Lol cmon get your a** bust.” He seeks to amend his complaint to add a defamation count over Diggs’ recent social‑media post that called him a liar. Diggs has denied all accusations and filed a separate defamation lawsuit against Griffith.

The dispute has drawn public commentary, notably from rapper Cardi B, who defended Diggs and criticized Griffith. No court has yet ruled on either party’s claims, and the legal battle continues to attract widespread media attention.
