Stelena Karyoti and NOKAT representatives meet with MP Fontas Baraliakos

World champion rower Stelena Karyoti and representatives from the Nautical Club of Katerini (NOKAT) met with Member of Parliament Fontas Baraliakos to discuss the future of rowing in the Pieria region.

During the meeting, Baraliakos congratulated Karyoti on her recent fourth-place finish at the World Rowing Championships. The discussion focused on critical infrastructure needs, specifically regarding the operation, staffing, and equipment for the new rowing center in Litochoro. Baraliakos expressed his commitment to supporting the club and its athletes as they prepare for upcoming competitions, including the Balkan Championships.
