She described the influx of fabricated images, music, and videos as “endless garbage” and “fake AI garbage” that has been challenging for the family to process during their period of bereavement.

The family recently held a private funeral in Nashville. Stella Parton noted that while the family appreciates genuine support, the public nature of their lives has left them exposed to insensitivity from those exploiting tragedies for attention.
