Stellantis appoints Rafał Trojca to European production role
Stellantis has announced a leadership transition within its European production division. Rafał Trojca, who previously served as the head of the Opel Eisenach plant in Germany, will move into a new role overseeing stamping and injection molding for the group’s European production structure.
Trojca’s career with the company began in 1998 at the engine plant in Tychy, Poland. His subsequent roles included positions in Rüsselsheim, Aspern, and managing the PCMA Rus joint venture in Kaluga.
Franck Mulard will succeed Trojca as the head of the Opel Eisenach factory, effective November 1. Mulard, an engineer with extensive experience within the group dating back to 1990, currently supervises the ‘grEEn-campus’ project in Rüsselsheim. The Eisenach plant is a key site for the production of the Opel Grandland.
