Stellantis expands used spare parts sales via Ovoko marketplace

Stellantis, through its SUSTAINera business unit and in collaboration with BrandOn Group, has expanded the sale of used automotive spare parts onto the European marketplace Ovoko. The components are sourced from the vehicle dismantling center at the Stellantis Circular Economy Hub in Mirafiori, Turin.

The inventory currently includes over 20,000 multi-brand parts, ranging from bodywork and mechanical components to electronic, electrical, and interior elements. These parts are recovered from end-of-life vehicles and prototypes. Each component undergoes a standardized process involving inspection, selection, classification, cleaning, and functional evaluation, with traceability ensured via VIN identification.

By utilizing the Ovoko digital platform, which operates across more than 20 countries, Stellantis aims to increase the reuse rate of recovered materials. The initiative offers potential savings of up to 70% compared to purchasing new parts. Customers benefit from detailed photographs of the items, a 14-day return period, and an optional one-year warranty.
