Stellantis Mexico reorganizes leadership and reports record sales

Stellantis Mexico has announced a major leadership reorganization to streamline decision-making and improve industrial and commercial performance. The restructuring affects manufacturing operations in Coahuila, where the company maintains six of its eight Mexican plants, including assembly and engine facilities in Saltillo. New appointments include Víctor Medina as Vice President of Assembly Plants and José Pagano as Vice President of Engine Plants, both reporting to CEO Daniel Alejandro González.

In its commercial division, David Martínez will lead Jeep and Dodge, while Mariana Lavigne will oversee Marketing and Leapmotor. Mariana López will manage FIAT and Alfa Romeo. This organizational shift aims to provide greater autonomy to Mexican operations and improve coordination to respond more rapidly to market demands.

Separately, Stellantis Mexico reported record sales for October 2026, reaching 8,413 units. This marks a 2% increase compared to October 2025 and continues a thirteen-month streak of year-over-year growth. The performance was driven by significant gains in the Ram brand, which saw a 51% increase, and Alfa Romeo, which achieved its best October on record.
