Stelmet Falubaz targets Maksym Drabik as replacement for Przemysław Pawlicki

Stelmet Falubaz Zielona Góra is close to finalising its 2027 speedway roster. The only unsettled senior position involves two Polish riders: Przemysław Pawlicki and Maksym Drabik. Former club rider suggests the team should let Pawlicki go because his salary demands are too high, making Drabik the cheaper and track‑compatible option, especially on the W69 layout where he feels "fantastic". Drabik, currently riding for Bayersystem GKM, is seen as a solid point‑scorer both at home and away. Club officials and Jan Krzystyniak also comment that while Pawlicki has been a stable veteran, Drabik may offer better performance and value.

The team aims to retain the experienced 34‑year‑old Pawlicki only if a suitable agreement can be reached, but the prevailing view favours signing Drabik to strengthen the squad without a major financial outlay.
