Stephan Ehlers launches juggling workshops in Munich garden for companies and health professionals

Juggling trainer and brain‑learning expert Stephan Ehlers is offering new workshops in the garden of Munich‑Nymphenburg. One format is a corporate team‑event that runs about two and a half hours for groups of six to 25 people. Participants learn to juggle three balls without prior experience, while enjoying light refreshments such as pretzels, fruit, smoothies and coffee. Ehlers says, “Beim Jonglieren zeigt sich sehr schnell, wie wir mit neuen und zunächst ungewohnten Herausforderungen umgehen,” highlighting the activity’s role in building confidence and teamwork.

A second format is a public open‑house day on 11 July 2026 aimed at physiotherapists, ergotherapists and other health‑care professionals. For a €5 fee, attendees can try coordination and cognition games, learn the basics of three‑ball juggling, network with colleagues and enjoy a modest snack service. Both events stress low pressure, enjoyment and the link between physical coordination and mental fitness.

The programmes are designed for small businesses, start‑ups, leadership teams and health‑care providers seeking fresh, active ways to foster learning, motivation and collaboration.
