Stephanie Cayo denies pregnancy rumors with Alejandro Sanz

Actress Stephanie Cayo has denied rumors regarding a potential pregnancy with her partner, singer Alejandro Sanz. The speculation arose after Sanz shared social media photos from a family trip to Mallorca, Spain, which included an image of Cayo making a heart shape with her hands over her abdomen.

Cayo addressed the rumors on Instagram, clarifying that any physical changes were due to weight gain from food rather than pregnancy. She stated, “I have a little tummy because I gained weight from so many Spanish omelets and everything I ate. I plan to lose the tummy, not grow it, for now.”

While she dismissed current pregnancy rumors, the 38-year-old actress noted that motherhood is a special topic for her and requested that people refrain from gossip. She added that while she is currently “far from this,” she did not rule out the possibility of becoming a mother in the future.
