Stephanie Mills accuses Lady Gaga of being a ‘culture vulture’

R&B legend Stephanie Mills has accused pop star Lady Gaga of being a ‘culture vulture’ during an interview on BET’s ‘The Jason Lee Show’. Mills claims the accusation stems from a personal, unpleasant encounter during a fashion photo shoot in New York City.

According to Mills, a member of Gaga’s team requested her appearance to perform her signature song, ‘Home’. Mills alleges that despite her willingness to participate, Gaga showed little enthusiasm and was ‘very disrespectful’, describing the experience as feeling unwelcome. Mills further noted that she was not offered monetary compensation for the appearance, but rather professional photographs from the shoot.

Mills stated that she believes Gaga owes her an apology for the interaction. As of the report, Lady Gaga has not issued a public response to the allegations.
