Stephen Curry announces new media venture and knee health update

Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry has announced a new subscription-based service through his media company, Unanimous Media. The service, titled ‘Sincer3ly’, will be hosted on Substack and aims to provide fans with exclusive content and early access to stories from Curry and his colleagues. Additionally, every subscription will support classrooms across the United States via the DonorsChoose organization.

Regarding his physical health, Curry provided an update following the Warriors' first training camp practice. He addressed concerns regarding his right knee, which limited him to 43 games last season. Curry stated there are no structural issues with the knee, describing the situation as a ‘new normal’.

To manage the injury, Curry has implemented a modified training regimen focused on reducing joint impact. This includes utilizing underwater treadmills to maintain aerobic capacity without the physical pounding of traditional workouts. He noted that having a detailed offseason plan to build his physical foundation has been a significant improvement over the previous season.
