Stephen Curry reaffirms commitment to Golden State Warriors

Stephen Curry has reaffirmed his commitment to the Golden State Warriors, stating his desire to be a ‘lifer’ with the franchise. Speaking on CNBC, the four-time NBA champion addressed whether the free agency paths taken by players like LeBron James would make leaving more appealing, responding, “For not particularly.”

Curry emphasized his mission to remain in Golden State and continue competing alongside teammates such as Draymond Green and head coach Steve Kerr. He noted that while the nature of NBA contracts can be unpredictable, he believes the financial aspects will resolve themselves.

This stance highlights a departure from the modern NBA trend of superstar mobility. Curry expressed that he does not intend to act as a full-time recruiter to shape the roster, preferring to focus on his performance and leadership within the existing organizational structure.
