Stephen Miller describes US political debate as a struggle for survival

White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Policy Stephen Miller has characterized the current American political landscape as a struggle for the survival of the United States. In a recent interview, Miller argued that the nation is facing an unprecedented moment where political disagreements have moved beyond traditional policy debates.

Miller claimed that proposals from political opponents—including the abolition of police, borders, ICE, and fossil fuels, as well as gutting the Department of War—would collectively cripple and destroy the country. He contrasted these views with the policy agenda of President Donald Trump.

Miller attributed several accomplishments to the Trump administration, such as record tax relief and reductions in crime. He also highlighted upcoming priorities, including eliminating taxes on tips, Social Security, and overtime, rebuilding the military, and combating drug cartels to prevent fentanyl-related deaths.
