Stephen Wilson Jr. and Miranda Lambert debut working‑class anthem “Hardwired”

Country artist Stephen Wilson Jr. released a new single titled “Hardwired” featuring fellow singer Miranda Lambert. The track was co‑written with Jesse Frasure and Adam Hood and incorporates an interpolation of the Pixies’ 1988 song “Where Is My Mind?” to underscore its working‑class narrative.

The collaboration blends Wilson’s “Death Cab for Country” style with Lambert’s vocals, delivering lyrics that describe the relentless grind of hard living. Wilson plans to perform the song on his upcoming Gary The Torch Tour, with a scheduled show at the St. Augustine Amphitheatre in Florida on August 7.
