Sterling Holiday Resorts launches new resort in Sattal, Uttarakhand

Sterling Holiday Resorts has launched its newest property, Sterling Lake View Sattal, in the Kumaon region of Uttarakhand. The 24-room resort is situated near Sattal Lake, an area characterized by a cluster of seven freshwater lakes and diverse birdlife.

With this opening, the company now operates 12 resorts in Uttarakhand and a total of 80 resorts across India. The expansion follows the company’s ‘Destination Architect’ philosophy, which focuses on developing experiences around the unique characteristics of a location and connecting them into larger travel circuits.

Vikram Lalvani, Managing Director & CEO of Sterling Holiday Resorts, stated that the company seeks to understand what makes a destination distinctive to build meaningful guest experiences. The Sattal location serves as a base for exploring nearby areas including Bhimtal, Nainital, Kainchi Dham, and Naukuchiatal.
