Stetson University named National College of Distinction for 2026-2027

Stetson University has been named a National College of Distinction for the 2026-2027 academic year, marking the fourth consecutive year receiving this recognition. The university also earned eight additional awards from Colleges of Distinction.

Specific accolades were awarded to the School of Business Administration and the Department of Education for academic excellence. The institution was also recognized for its support services for international students and military-affiliated students, as well as its commitment to equity and inclusion.

President Christopher F. Roellke stated that the awards highlight the university’s focus on providing a relationship-rich education that integrates teaching, mentorship, and real-world experiences to prepare graduates for professional success.
