Steve Austin suffers vehicle damage in Nevada off-road race
WWE Hall of Famer Steve Austin was unable to complete the Stomping Grounds 300 off-road race in Yerington, Nevada, on August 22. Austin, 61, reported that a mistake on the course caused significant damage to his vehicle, resulting in an early exit from the event.
Despite the setback, Austin confirmed that both he and his co-driver are uninjured. He noted that while the incident prevented him from achieving his goal of finishing every race this season, the experience provided valuable lessons for future competitions.
Austin, who competes through his Broken Skull Racing team, had a strong start to the season with category victories in his first two races. His team is currently working to repair the vehicle in preparation for the upcoming VC-Tonopah race.
