Steve Doocy Returns to Fox & Friends Studio for Brief Stint

Steve Doocy, a founding co‑host of Fox & Friends, temporarily rejoined Ainsley Earhardt and Brian Kilmeade on the program’s New York studio (Studio M) while Lawrence Jones was away. The brief return on July 28 marked Doocy’s first extended appearance on the “curvy couch” in more than a year.

During the segment, Doocy asked former President Donald Trump a hindsight question about Dr. Anthony Fauci, to which Trump replied, “I would have fired him.” Doocy indicated the stint was limited to a few days and that he will resume his coast‑to‑coast reporting role, which has him based in Florida and traveling across the United States.

Fox News previously announced Doocy’s shift to a remote, coast‑to‑coast format in May 2025, allowing him to report from various cities while remaining part of the morning show.
