Steve Madden launches Fall 2026 ‘Ask Steve’ campaign

Steve Madden has unveiled ‘Ask Steve’, a global creative platform and campaign for its Fall 2026 footwear and apparel collection. Inspired by the fashion culture of late-1990s and early-2000s New York City, the campaign focuses on resolving consumer ‘shoe emergencies’ through cinematic storytelling and interactive experiences.

As part of the activation, the brand is launching an interactive toll-free hotline, 1-844-SHOE-411, which allows customers to call or text for footwear advice directly from the founder. The campaign features Delilah Belle in various New York-inspired settings, such as taxi rides and phone booth conversations. Participants using the hotline can also unlock exclusive digital content, including downloadable wallpapers.

The Fall 2026 collection highlights key seasonal items including loafers, boots, heels, and sneakers.
