Steven Asplund challenges Johnny Walker using iconic GSP line

UFC heavyweight Steven Asplund has issued a challenge to Johnny Walker, utilizing a famous historical callout line from Georges St. Pierre. Asplund posted the challenge via Instagram Stories following Walker’s first-round knockout victory over Mick Parkin at UFC 332 in Salt Lake City.

In the video, Asplund echoed St. Pierre’s 2006 phrase, stating, “Johnny Walker, I’m not impressed by your performance,” and requested a matchup at UFC 335 in December at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

Walker’s recent victory, achieved via a knee strike, earned him a $100,000 performance bonus and marked his debut in the heavyweight division. Walker currently holds a professional record of 23-10 with one no contest, while Asplund holds an 8-2 record.
