Steven Spielberg reunites with John Williams for ‘Disclosure Day’

A new special featurette has been released for Steven Spielberg’s upcoming film, ‘Disclosure Day’, highlighting the reunion between the director and legendary composer John Williams. This marks their 30th collaboration. Despite being 94 years old, Williams continues to conduct orchestral recordings for the project. Spielberg praised Williams’s ability to adapt his musical style to suit the specific needs of a film and its characters.

Lead actress Emily Blunt also shared insights into her experience filming the sci-fi mystery, which explores themes of humanity’s place in the universe and unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP). Blunt described the script as a high-speed, existential race and noted that her character, a meteorologist, is an outsider rather than a traditional action hero. To prepare for the role, Blunt studied both Russian and Korean. ‘Disclosure Day’ is scheduled for release on October 1.
