Stevenson field hockey defeats Arcadia 6-0

The No. 17 Stevenson field hockey team defeated Arcadia University 6-0 on Saturday, securing its second consecutive shutout to begin the season.

Stevenson established an early lead with goals from Sydney Aylward and Shae Bennett within the first few minutes of play. Taylor Valoczki extended the lead in the third quarter, followed by goals from Gracyn Catalano and Lauren Tobin in the fourth. Madison Rebhorn scored the final goal of the match with less than a minute remaining.

Arcadia's Anna Doblovosky recorded 13 saves in the loss, which brings the Knights' season record to 0-2. Stevenson moves to 2-0 and will next face McDaniel.
