STHEV to host conflict management seminar for businesses

The Association of Thessalian Enterprises and Industries (STHEV) is organizing an online seminar titled ‘Conflict Avoidance and Management’ on October 29 and 30, 2026. Held via Zoom from 16:00 to 20:00, the interactive and experiential program is designed for employees, managers, and professionals seeking to improve workplace communication and cooperation.

The seminar aims to provide practical tools for early tension recognition, prevention, and effective handling of difficult professional situations. Key learning objectives include understanding human behavior, developing effective communication and empathy, managing difficult behaviors with self-control, and transforming disagreements into opportunities for collaboration.

The instructor will be Petros Rousis, a certified human resources development trainer with over 30,000 hours of experience working with Greek and international companies. Participants will receive a certificate of attendance upon completion. Registration is open until October 23, 2026.
