Stiebel Eltron, a heat pump manufacturer based in Holzminden, has introduced a new AI-powered chatbot named ‘Theo’ into its digital toolbox for professional partners.

Designed to streamline technical workflows, the assistant helps specialists find specific information such as dimensions for air-water heat pumps, installation requirements, part lists, hydraulic diagrams, and cable lists. Users can interact with Theo via text input or voice notes. The chatbot is capable of operating configurators, searching through technical documentation, and providing direct links to system solutions and services. The tool aims to simplify navigation within the company’s extensive digital toolbox and allow users to easily copy and share technical answers with their teams or end customers.
