Stiftung Warentest evaluates whipping cream quality

Stiftung Warentest conducted a quality assessment of 22 whipping cream products, including classic, lactose-free, vegan, and buttermilk-based varieties. While the majority of products received ‘good’ ratings, three products were distinguished with a ‘very good’ taste rating.

The top-rated product was Schwarzwaldmilch’s ‘Schlagsahne aus frischer Weidemilch’, which earned an overall grade of ‘gut (1,7)’. The test included several products carrying the EU organic seal.
