Stiliyana Nikolova ranks fourth in rhythmic gymnastics World Championships

Bulgarian rhythmic gymnasts Stiliyana Nikolova and Eva Brezalieva competed in the first day of all-around qualifications at the World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships in Frankfurt, Germany.

Nikolova currently holds fourth place in the all-around standings with a total of 56.900 points. She recorded a strong score of 29.800 on the hoop, which effectively secures her participation in the hoop final this Sunday. In the current top three, Germany's Daria Vafromeieva leads with 58.950 points, followed by Italy's Sofia Raffaelli (58.550) and Maria Borisova (58.050).

Eva Brezalieva sits in 18th place in the all-around classification with 53.200 points. While she performed well on the ball (13th place) and the hoop (11th place), she is unlikely to qualify for those specific apparatus finals.
