Stiliyana Nikolova secures Olympic quota for Los Angeles 2028

Bulgarian rhythmic gymnast Stiliyana Nikolova has secured an Olympic quota for the Los Angeles 2028 Games following her performance at the World Championships in Frankfurt. Nikolova, who won gold in clubs and multiple silver medals, described the season as difficult but successful, noting that the intense preparation helped manage the pressure of the competition.

Coach Valentina Ivanova, who was also named coach of the month, confirmed that the team is planning significant changes for the upcoming season. This includes updating routines for the ball, clubs, and potentially the hoop, though the ribbon routine will remain unchanged. Ivanova highlighted that Nikolova's achievement marks the first Olympic quota earned by Bulgaria across all sports for the Los Angeles Games.
