Still Austin Whiskey Co launches 15,000‑sq‑ft Still Austin Quarter in Austin

Still Austin Whiskey Co announced that it will open the Still Austin Quarter, a 15,000‑square‑foot hospitality destination on its South Austin campus in September. The venue will accommodate about 500 guests across four distinct spaces – the Atrium, Vinyl Lounge, Music Room and a private event area – and features 125 outdoor seats. A centerpiece live‑music stage, dubbed The Musician’s Stage, will host local and touring acts. The project, designed by OPA Design Studio and Weiss Architecture with acoustics by Steven Durr, reflects the brand’s flagship Straight Bourbon Whiskey label, The Musician.

Co‑founder and CEO Chris Seals said the quarter is meant to bring the story behind the label to life, while vice‑president of beverage Ken Kodys explained that the cocktail program will showcase Still Austin’s full spirit lineup alongside house‑made aperitifs, amaros, herbal liqueurs and an imported agave spirit aged in the distillery’s barrels. A food menu is being developed by the company’s in‑house hospitality team. The expansion aims to position the distillery as a regional attraction for whiskey enthusiasts, live‑music fans and cocktail lovers.
