Stock Car returns to Curvelo for eighth championship stage

The Stock Car championship returns to the Circuito dos Cristais in Curvelo, Minas Gerais, for the eighth stage of the season. The event marks a return to the venue that hosted the championship opener in March.

Gabriel Casagrande, currently the championship vice-leader with 522 points, aims to reduce the gap with the leader at the track where he secured his first category victory in 2017. Driver Daniel Serra and the Blau Motorsport team are also targeting podium finishes, noting that the team has worked to resolve technical issues encountered in previous stages. Allam Khodair enters the race following a strong performance at Velocittá.

The weekend schedule includes free practice sessions on Friday, qualifying and the Sprint Race on Saturday, and the Main Race on Sunday.
