Episurf Medical signs property management agreement with Newsec
Episurf Medical AB has entered into an agreement with Newsec to manage its expanding real estate portfolio. The mandate includes technical and operational management, leasing, economic management, and advisory services for development and investment projects.
In less than a year, Episurf Medical has signed real estate acquisitions with a total value of approximately 6.3 billion SEK. To date, properties worth about 3.5 billion SEK have been taken over, with further acquisitions planned as financing is secured. The partnership with Newsec is designed to scale alongside the company’s continued expansion in Sweden and through other investments.
