Stockholm Pride launches Pride House with Elecktra’s glittery inauguration

Stockholm Pride opened its new Pride House at the Clarion Sign conference centre. Chair Tasso Stafilidis welcomed attendees, referenced the recent Berlin attack and stressed the importance of safe gathering spaces. The inauguration featured drag performer Elecktra, who entered in a pink sequined gown and declared herself the “Queen of Skåne”.

Pride House will host a record 160 programme items and 27 exhibitors, covering everything from snusk‑bingo, party‑leader debates and tango to film lectures. The venue is free and open Monday‑Friday, 11 am–5 pm, throughout the week of the festival.
