Stockholm’s Västerort sees new apartment rentals listed

Two rental listings for apartments in Västerort, a district of Stockholm, have been posted. One advertises a 55 m² flat on Kamomillagatan; the other offers a 95 m² unit on Torshamnsgatan. Both listings omit the monthly rent amount and note that the properties are let as standard rentals.

Recent market statistics for the Västerort area show 1,359 vacant apartments with 52 new listings and 54 rentals recorded on the day of the first report, and 1,430 vacant apartments with 34 new listings and no rentals recorded on the day of the second report. The total available floor area stands at roughly 81,785 m² and 86,313 m² respectively.
