Stohid Technology plans expansion into defense technology group

Stohid Technology has announced a new strategy to transition from a defense startup into an integrated technology group. The company aims to expand its operations across the defense value chain, including software, unmanned systems, training facilities, and the production of RDX hexogen.

A key component of this expansion is the development of the Wilk unmanned ground vehicle (UGV) and the Wataha system, which is intended to allow multiple Wilk platforms to operate together as a swarm. The Wilk platform, which utilizes technology originally tested in combat conditions in Ukraine, is moving from the development phase toward military verification and serial production. A production line is expected to be ready by March 2027, with full commercialization targeted for 2027.

To support this growth, Stohid Technology is seeking a strategic investor to provide capital and business support. Additionally, the company plans to move its shares from the NewConnect market to the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange by 2028.
