Stokita Android app developed for Fahri Mart inventory management
Researchers at Universitas Islam Negeri Ar-Raniry have developed the Stokita Android application to modernize business operations for Fahri Mart, a grocery store in Bireuen Regency. The application aims to replace conventional manual transaction recording and visual stock checking with a digital system to reduce data inaccuracies and expand market reach.
Built using the Waterfall SDLC method, the system utilizes a client-server architecture with React Native for the frontend, Node.js and Express.js for the backend, and MySQL for the database. Testing results showed a 100% functional success rate. Additionally, a System Usability Scale (SUS) evaluation involving 52 respondents yielded an average score of 80.67, categorizing the application as excellent and highly usable for improving operational efficiency.
