Stonebridge Takes Over Management of JW Marriott Atlanta Downtown

Denver‑based hotel management firm Stonebridge announced it will manage the JW Marriott Atlanta Downtown, a 237‑room luxury hotel that was recently renovated from the former W Atlanta Downtown. The property, located in downtown Atlanta near Mercedes‑Benz Stadium, the Georgia Aquarium and Centennial Olympic Park, features a rooftop pool, fitness center, full‑service spa, executive lounge and several food‑and‑beverage venues, as well as more than 15,000 square feet of flexible meeting space across eight rooms.

Stonebridge CEO Rob Smith said the addition fits the company’s strategy of creating value through disciplined operations, commercial expertise and a long‑term performance focus. The firm will apply its integrated platform—including revenue management, sales, e‑commerce, digital strategy, F&B operations and labor optimization—to drive profitability and enhance asset value for the hotel’s owners.

The move expands Stonebridge’s presence in the luxury hospitality segment and complements its existing portfolio of hotels across the United States.
