Store Record launches data integration service for retail and EC

Store Record Co., Ltd. has launched ‘Store Record Connect’, a new service designed to specialize in the acquisition and formatting of data for retail and e-commerce businesses. Unlike the company’s primary AI data platform which provides end-to-end analysis, this new service focuses exclusively on the ‘collection and preparation’ phase of data management.

The service targets medium-to-large scale enterprises that have already established their own data warehouses (DWH) or business intelligence tools using platforms such as BigQuery, Snowflake, AWS, DOMO, or Databricks. By utilizing a combination of APIs and RPA (Robotic Process Automation), Store Record Connect can retrieve data from sources that often lack public APIs, such as specific advertising metrics and customer attraction indicators on platforms like ZOZOTOWN, Rakuten, and Amazon.

This approach aims to alleviate the technical burden on internal engineering teams, who typically face high workloads due to frequent specification changes in e-commerce malls and the need for continuous maintenance of data connectors. The service allows companies to feed cleaned, normalized data directly into their existing core systems or data foundations while continuing to use their preferred analysis and visualization tools.
