Storm Exploration reports major geophysical and sulfide discoveries at Ontario Gold Standard project

Storm Exploration (TSXV: STRM) announced significant exploration progress on its 100% owned Gold Standard project in northwestern Ontario. New VLF‑EM surveys identified a strong conductor about 100 m below the surface that aligns with a five‑kilometre VTEM anomaly. At three surface locations, geologists found sulfide mineralisation, including chalcopyrite, indicating a promising VMS target.

The data reveal multiple conductive corridors that correspond with mafic‑felsic volcanic contacts, a typical structural setting for volcanic‑massive‑sulphide deposits. Historic shallow drill holes from the 1970s intersected disseminated sulphides but missed the main conductor. The central VMS target remains untested at depth.

Storm Exploration plans further field work, systematic surface sampling, and has applied for a first drilling program to test the identified zones. The company's land position has been expanded by roughly 1,600 ha to about 7,600 ha, and agreements with local First Nations are in place.
