Stormbringer and Chemical Storm announce new music releases

British rock and metal acts Stormbringer and Chemical Storm have announced new musical projects.

Stormbringer, a hard rock quintet formed in Northampton, has released their fifth album titled ‘Transcendence’ via Attic Records. Produced by Russ Russell, the album explores themes of resilience and internal struggle, blending melodic classic rock with heavy influences. Frontman Mick Stockley provides a more sensitive dimension to this introspective release.

Kent-based thrash metal band Chemical Storm has announced their upcoming EP, ‘Splintered, Crushed And Shattered’, scheduled for release on September 25, 2026. The band has also released a new single titled ‘The Embalmer’. Moving away from the social critiques found in their previous work, the new material focuses on high-intensity, aggressive thrash metal.
