Story Kitchen to adapt horror game Madison into feature film

Story Kitchen has partnered with Bloodious Games to develop a feature film adaptation of the psychological horror game Madison. The project is being developed for a theatrical release, though a distribution partner, director, screenwriter, and cast members have not yet been announced.

In the original game, players control Luca Maxwell, who uses a supernatural instant camera to uncover the truth behind a gruesome ritual involving a demonic entity and a serial killer named Madison. Story Kitchen co-founders Dmitri M. Johnson and Mike Goldberg stated their goal is to translate the game’s intense physical experience to the theater while maintaining the integrity of the developer’s world.
