Stéphane Dupuis faces drug trafficking charges in Canada

Stéphane Dupuis, a 57-year-old resident of Saint-Anaclet-de-Lessard, has had his court proceedings postponed until September 11. Dupuis was arrested in late June following a narcotics investigation that began in March 2026.

Law enforcement executed search warrants at a residence and two vehicles, seizing over 200 grams of cocaine, more than $52,000 in Canadian currency, over 1,000 prescription pills, GHB, psilocybin, and 150 THC vapes. Authorities also recovered a brass knuckle and a 2014 Acura MDX.

Dupuis faces charges related to possession of narcotics for the purpose of trafficking and possession of a prohibited weapon. He has opted for a trial before a judge in the Court of Quebec without a jury.
