Stragölem MTB race held in Zone, Italy

The Stragölem MTB race, organized by the Asd Zone Racing Team, is taking place in Zone, Brescia. Now in its fifth edition, the event is part of the Brixia Adventure MTB circuit and includes the new Brixia Junior Cup for Junior and Open categories.

Approximately 300 athletes are participating in the 35 km course, which features 1,450 meters of elevation gain. The route has been modified from previous years to better incorporate the local territory, leading riders from the historic center up Monte Guglielmo to the Croce di Marone, Malpensata, and various mountain huts. The descent includes the “Paröla” section, followed by a series of single tracks leading back to the finish line at the Via Valurbes Sports Center.

Despite recent rains, organizers report that the course is in excellent condition. The event includes technical meetings, a gastronomic stand, and a pasta party for participants.
